The Friends of the Pikes Peak Library District accepts book and magazines in good condition for resale. Materials that do not fit our needs are recycled in appropriate ways. Donations are accepted at East Library, Penrose Library and all branch libraries during scheduled library hours. For large donations at Penrose Library and East Library, please ask the security person at the front desk for assistance. Donations should be in boxes weighing 50 pounds or less.

Private and commercial donations are welcome. For more information, contact the Friends by email or call the Friends Bookstore/Book Coordinator at 531-6333 x 1008.

• Older issues of "collectible type" magazines including history magazines, art and antiques, better decorating magazines like Architectural Digest and Metropolitan Homes, fine cooking/recipes, and other "thicker, slick" magazines.
